Recruitment Specialist

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies tailored to the Oil & Gas sector.
• Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates through job portals, networking, and industry-specific channels.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate technical and cultural fit.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future roles.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and workforce planning.
• Manage offer negotiations, employment contracts, and onboarding processes.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry standards.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and provide regular hiring reports.
• Represent the company at career fairs, networking events, and industry conferences.
