Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Recruiter with strong expertise in the healthcare sector in the UAE.

The ideal candidate must have in-depth knowledge of UAE health licensing standards (DOH, DHA, MOH) and proven experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

As an HR Recruiter at Unihealth, you will play a critical role in identifying, sourcing, and placing qualified healthcare professionals while ensuring compliance with UAE licensing requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and recruit healthcare professionals across multiple specialties.
• Ensure candidates meet UAE healthcare licensing requirements (DOH, DHA, MOH).
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment pipelines in ATS systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to match staffing needs with licensed healthcare professionals.
• Guide candidates through the licensing process and provide consultancy support when needed.
• Stay updated on UAE healthcare regulations and licensing authority changes.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of recruitment experience in the UAE healthcare sector.
• Strong knowledge of UAE health licensing systems (DOH, DHA, MOH, MOHAP).
• Hands-on experience with ATS platforms and CRM systems.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
