About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Talent Acquisition Manager for our high-performing real estate brokerage team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of hiring senior-level real estate brokers and professionals in the UAE market, with a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for senior real estate brokers and sales professionals.
  • Source, screen, and evaluate candidates with proven sales records in Dubai’s real estate market.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified, high-performing broker talent.
  • Partner with leadership and department heads to forecast hiring needs and set recruitment strategies.
  • Execute proactive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job portals, networking, and industry events.
  • Conduct in-depth interviews and assess candidate fit for company culture and sales goals.
  • Negotiate offers and manage the onboarding process in coordination with HR.
  • Monitor and report recruitment KPIs and recommend process improvements.
  • Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments in Dubai real estate.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience in the Dubai real estate market , with a focus on hiring senior brokers and sales professionals.
  • Proven success in placing top-performing brokers in high-end or off-plan property sales.
  • In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws, visa procedures, and real estate licensing (RERA).
  • Strong sourcing and interviewing skills; familiarity with modern ATS and CRM systems is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
