Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment process: job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordination with department heads.
  • Build a strong candidate pipeline for recurring roles such as sales, marketing, production, QC, QA, regulatory affairs, and support functions.
  • Draft and post job ads across job boards (LinkedIn, Indeed, Rozee.pk, university portals, etc.).
  • Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers.
  • Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and represent the company at career fairs or online hiring events.
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Suggest process improvements for faster and more effective hiring.
