- Sales Administration & Order Processing
- Process new sales orders, update purchase orders, manage invoicing, ensure timely and accurate delivery of products or services.
- Maintain and update customer/sales records in CRM or other systems; ensure data integrity.
- Manage documentation—contracts, quotes/proposals, sales correspondence, reports.
- Coordination & Liaison Function
- Act as liaison between the sales team, internal departments (logistics, finance, production, customer service) and external clients.
- Schedule and organise sales meetings, client visits, conference calls; support the sales team with materials/presentations.
- Monitor team workflow: track progress towards quotas, identify bottlenecks, alert/assist sales management as needed.
- Customer Relationship & Service Support
- Respond to client inquiries, provide product/service information, follow-up post-sale to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues.

- Reporting, Analytics & Process Improvement
- Generate sales reports, performance metrics, dashboards for management review.
- Perform market research, competitor tracking, assist in developing insights to support the sales strategy.
- Recommend and implement improvements in sales processes, workflows and internal systems.
- Support & Enabling Sales Team Growth

- Customer-service orientation: responsiveness, maintaining positive client relations.
- Depending on level: Bachelor’s degree (Business, Marketing, etc) and prior experience in sales support/coordination.
