Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily activities between the Sales Team, National Sales Manager, Branch Offices, Logistics, and Stores.
- Maintain and update CRM records, sales data, and customer follow-ups.
- Prepare quotations, delivery notes, invoices, and tender documentation.
- Track sales orders, instrument/implant deliveries, parked items, and hospital returns.
- Generate weekly, monthly, and yearly sales reports for management review.
- Maintain and organize meeting schedules, follow-up lists, and communication updates for the National Sales Manager.
- Assist in inventory coordination with the store team to ensure availability of implants and instruments.
- Support in tender submissions, documentation, and compliance files.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate order execution.
- Perform general administrative and coordination duties as required by the sales leadership team.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum Bachelors degree (preferably in Business Administration, Commerce, or Supply Chain).
- Experience: 12 years in sales coordination, CRM management, or sales support role.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong command of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Working knowledge of SAP Business One or any ERP/CRM system (preferred).
- Excellent record-keeping and reporting skills.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong communication and follow-up skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
