We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Specialist to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, attracting top talent, and ensuring a seamless hiring experience for candidates and hiring managers. This role requires excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and a passion for building strong relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for assigned roles, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
· Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and recruitment strategies.
· Utilize multiple sourcing channels (job boards, social media, networking, referrals) to attract qualified candidates.
· Screen resumes, conduct phone and in-person interviews, and assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
· Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure accurate documentation of candidate pipelines.
· Coordinate interview schedules, feedback collection, and communication with candidates.
· Develop and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
· Promote the employer brand to attract top talent and represent the company positively in the market.
· Stay updated on labor market trends, recruitment best practices, and innovative sourcing strategies.
· Support HR initiatives and contribute to improving recruitment processes and candidate experience.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
· Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar role.
· Familiarity with recruitment software (ATS) and resume databases.
· Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Ability to handle multiple roles and deadlines simultaneously.
· Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
· Knowledge of labor laws and employment regulations is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
