Ahmad Medix (Life Care) is a cutting-edge designer and manufacturer of state-of-the-art Ambulances, Mobile Healthcare Units, Firefighting & Disaster Response Vehicles, DSNG & OB Vans, Mobile Labs & Dispensaries and other customized specialty on-wheels solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
  • Support employee onboarding and orientation.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, manage HR documentation, and payroll administration.
  • Handle EOBI and Social Security and other IR matters.
  • Foster a positive workplace environment and handle employee relations.
  • Payroll processing.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of HR functions and labor laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office specially in Excel.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Strong multitasking abilities.
