Job Purpose

The role focuses on sourcing, attracting, and hiring skilled, semi-skilled, and unskilled workers for construction sites, as well as supporting project managers in workforce planning . The ideal candidate should have experience in construction recruitment, high-volume hiring, and manpower campaign management.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end construction workforce recruitment, including blue-collar and supervisory roles.
  • Plan and execute mass hiring campaigns, job fairs and walk-in drives
  • Partner with project managers to understand manpower requirements for current and upcoming construction projects
  • Source candidates via local networks, Manpower suppliers, job portals, and referrals.
  • Screen, shortlist, and interview candidates efficiently for large-scale recruitment drives.
  • Maintain a talent pipeline for ongoing and future projects to ensure timely mobilization
  • Track recruitment metrics including daily mobilization, offer acceptance, attendance, and time-to-fill
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, safety standards, and company HR policies


Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (preferred)

Proven experience (3–5+ years) in construction recruitment and large-scale blue-collar hiring

Strong understanding of construction job roles and manpower requirements

Experience in planning and executing mass hiring campaigns

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills

Ability to work under pressure and manage high-volume recruitment targets

Willingness to travel to
