Sendian Group is looking for a skilled Recruitment Specialist to support our growing divisions by identifying, attracting, and hiring qualified talent across multiple industries. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in end-to-end recruitment and a solid understanding of the Qatar labor market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Prepare and post job ads across various platforms.
  • Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist candidates.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers across multiple divisions.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
  • Assist in developing job descriptions and hiring strategies.
  • Ensure smooth communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Handle offer letters, documentation, and onboarding procedures.
  • Maintain compliance with Qatar labor regulations and internal policies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in recruitment (in-house or agency).
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
  • Familiarity with Qatar employment laws and visa procedures is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple vacancies across different sectors.
  • Strong attention to detail and professional work ethic.
