Key Responsibilities and Duties:
- Understand recruitment needs across departments and coordinate with them to define job requirements.
- Prepare and post job advertisements on appropriate platforms (job boards, social media, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates according to predefined criteria.
- Conduct initial interviews (phone or in-person) and coordinate final interviews with the relevant departments.
- Communicate with candidates and keep them informed about the status of their applications.
- Prepare job offers and follow up on contract signing after obtaining necessary approvals.
- Follow up on medical examinations, contract signing, onboarding requirements, and updating data in the HR system.
- Contribute to improving candidate experience and ensuring recruitment quality standards are met.
- Prepare regular reports on recruitment activities and vacancy rates.
- Participate in job fairs and recruitment events to represent the organization and attract talent.
- Monitor employee offboarding processes and analyze employee turnover to help reduce attrition.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment-related policies, procedures, and government regulations.
- Contribute to the development of recruitment and talent acquisition policies and improve sourcing strategies.
- Ensure completion of the employment questionnaire on the “Kayan” platform by accessing the job post details and matching the candidate with the job requirements.
- Ensure all required documents are completed before onboarding any new employee. Documents include:
- CV
- DataFlow report (for doctors)
- Passport (for non-Saudis)
- Iqama (for sponsorship transfer)
- Signed contract
- Job offer letter
- Educational and experience certificates
- Saudi Commission for Health Specialties license (for medical staff)
- IBAN (for Saudis and for sponsorship transfers)
- National address (for Saudis)
- Personal photo
- Upload all documents to Asana and input them into the Kayan HR system.
- Issue work ID cards for employees.
- Deliver and present the onboarding and orientation program for new hires.
- Follow up on contract attestation with the personnel officer.
- Coordinate with external agencies for recruitment and visa processing.
- Authorize work visas for new hires.
- Submit flight booking requests for new employees.
Qualifications and Experience Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced work environment.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment platforms, Saudi labor regulations, and Qiwa system.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and HR systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple recruitment tasks simultaneously.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
