Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic Recruitment Specialist with 1–2 years of experience who can support end-to-end hiring for multiple roles. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with candidates, understands basic sourcing techniques, and wants to grow in Talent Acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment for entry-level to mid-level roles
• Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
• Coordinate interviews with internal stakeholders
• Maintain recruitment trackers, databases, and reports
• Support offer rollouts, documentation, and joining follow-ups
• Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience
• Support employer branding and hiring drives

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in recruitment / talent acquisition
• Basic understanding of sourcing and screening techniques
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple open positions
• Familiarity with job portals and LinkedIn sourcing
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment

Good to Have

• Agency or startup recruitment experience
• Exposure to hiring for marketing, creative, tech, or corporate roles
• Basic knowledge of ATS or HRMS tools

Pay: ₹15,430.60 - ₹40,939.79 per month
