Role Summary/ JD
Responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for healthcare professionals in compliance with UAE labor laws and healthcare regulations. Ensures timely hiring of qualified staff to meet organizational and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop and execute recruitment strategies for healthcare roles in line with UAE healthcare standards.
· Source candidates through approved channels, ensuring compliance with UAE labor law and MOH/DOH/DHA licensing requirements.
· Screen and shortlist candidates based on qualifications, experience, and regulatory credentials.
· Coordinate interviews and assessments while maintaining fairness and transparency as per UAE labor law.
· Prepare employment offers and contracts in compliance with UAE labor regulations.
· Maintain accurate recruitment records and ensure data privacy as per UAE laws.
· Liaise with government authorities for visa processing and labor approvals.
· Support onboarding and orientation programs aligned with healthcare compliance standards.
Qualifications
· MBA in Human Resources or equivalent degree.
· Specialization in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition preferred.
· Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience in healthcare within UAE.
· Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law and healthcare licensing requirements (MOH, DOH, DHA).
· Familiarity with Emiratization policies and cultural sensitivity.
· Proficiency in HR systems and applicant tracking tools.

Compliance & Standards
· Adhere to UAE Labor Law, WPS (Wage Protection System), and visa regulations.
· Ensure recruitment aligns with healthcare accreditation standards (e.g., JCI, DOH/DHA guidelines).
· Promote diversity and Emiratization initiatives as per UAE government directives.
KPIs & Performance Metrics
· Time-to-Hire: Average number of days from job posting to candidate onboarding.
· Quality of Hire: Percentage of hires meeting performance expectations after probation.
· Compliance Rate: 100% adherence to UAE labor laws and healthcare licensing requirements.
· Emiratization Targets: Achieve government-mandated Emiratization quotas for healthcare roles.
· Candidate Experience Score: Positive feedback from candidates during recruitment process.
· Offer Acceptance Rate: Percentage of offers accepted by candidates.
· Cost-per-Hire: Maintain recruitment costs within approved budget.
