Job Summary:
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Officer to join our team and take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent while ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience. This role requires strong communication, networking, and organizational skills to attract and retain the best professionals in the industry.
Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Sourcing:
- Develop and execute effective talent acquisition strategies to meet company hiring needs.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate expectations.
Candidate Management:
- Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and leadership.
- Provide feedback and updates to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining professionalism and responsiveness.
Employer Branding & Talent Attraction:
- Promote the company's employer brand and work culture to attract top talent.
- Manage and update job postings across platforms, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
- Participate in job fairs, career events, and networking activities to expand the talent pool.
Recruitment Operations & Compliance:
- Maintain and update recruitment reports, databases, and applicant tracking systems.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies in all hiring practices.
- Assist in negotiating offers, preparing employment contracts, and onboarding new hires.
- Continuously improve recruitment processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Time to Hire: Average duration from job posting to offer acceptance.
- Quality of Hire: Performance and retention of newly hired employees.
- Candidate Experience: Feedback and satisfaction ratings from candidates.
- Offer Acceptance Rate: Percentage of candidates who accept job offers.
- Sourcing Effectiveness: Success rate of different sourcing channels.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple hiring needs simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- Knowledge of labor laws and best hiring practices.
