We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Officer for the office of our VIP client in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent for the organization. Additionally, the Recruitment Officer will help develop recruitment strategies, establish relationships with potential candidates, and ensure a positive experience for candidates throughout the hiring process.
The successful candidate should possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment. This role will cover the entire recruitment cycle, from screening candidates to ensuring they are ready to join the company.
Key Responsibilities:- Advertise job openings across various platforms to attract top talent.
- Screen, shortlist, and interview candidates to identify the best fit for roles.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand and address recruitment needs.
- Maintain and update recruitment reports for tracking and analysis.
- Perform administrative tasks and support ad hoc recruitment activities.
Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Officer or in a similar HR role, ideally within the hospitality sector
- Strong understanding of recruitment techniques and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR management software
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Fluency in English; additional language proficiency is a plus
- Prior experience in recruitment is required
- Must be available in UAE
