- Manage the full recruitment cycle for hospital staff, including doctors, nurses, paramedics, technicians, and administrative personnel.
- Source candidates through multiple channels, including job portals, referrals, and social media.
- Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and coordinate technical/clinical interviews with department heads.
- Verify credentials, licenses, experience letters, and references in compliance with hospital policies and healthcare regulations.
- Prepare and issue offer letters and employment contracts, and coordinate joining formalities.
- Maintain recruitment records, applicant databases, and MIS reports.
- Participate in job fairs, campus drives, and other talent acquisition initiatives.
- Ensure timely hiring to meet hospital staffing requirements while maintaining high standards of quality.
