Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Executive located in Karachi. Responsibilities include managing the full recruitment lifecycle, coordinating with different departments to understand talent needs, sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, and developing strong employer branding initiatives. The role requires maintaining accurate recruitment records and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet staffing goals efficiently.

Qualifications

• Strong Hiring and Recruiting skills with hands-on experience in sourcing and selecting top talent
• Proficient with minimum of 3 years of experience of hiring for International Sales, Customer Service and Operations positions.
• Excellent Communication skills, including candidate engagement and coordination with various teams.
• Knowledge of Employer Branding to attract and retain quality candidates
• Ability to work collaboratively, maintain organization, and meet deadlines
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus
