Human Resources Executive

Tekventure is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team for the night shift. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in core HR functions and the ability to manage tasks efficiently during night hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment including screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Handle attendance, leaves, and basic payroll coordination
• Support employee engagement and resolve basic HR queries
• Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures
• Prepare HR reports and maintain data accuracy

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in an HR role
• Basic understanding of HR processes and recruitment
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently during night shifts
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
