DRAWLINES ENGINEERING CONSULT is looking for Recruitment Specialist
in Doha, Qatar

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles across departments
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and social media platforms
• Actively leverage LinkedIn presence and followers to promote job openings and employer branding
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements
• Post job openings and regularly engage with candidates on LinkedIn
• Track recruitment metrics and prepare hiring reports
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Stay updated with market trends and hiring best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience as a Recruitment Specialist or Talent Acquisition professional
• Strong sourcing and networking skills, especially on LinkedIn
• Well-established LinkedIn profile with good follower engagement
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple open positions
• Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools
