Recruitment Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Recruiter to manage the full recruitment cycle — from CV screening to onboarding. The ideal candidate will be responsible for attracting, evaluating, and hiring top talent while ensuring a smooth candidate experience.


Key Responsibilities

  • Screen and evaluate CVs based on job requirements
  • Conduct phone screenings to assess candidate suitability
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
  • Conduct structured interviews and provide evaluation feedback
  • Prepare and manage job offers, including salary negotiation
  • Manage the hiring process and onboarding coordination
  • Add new employees to the HR system
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience conducting interviews and managing offers
  • Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously
  • Familiarity with ATS systems and HR software is preferred
