Role Description


  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection).
  • Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and competencies.
  • Use various sourcing methods (job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and headhunting).
  • Build strong relationships with universities, training centers, and recruitment agencies.
  • Screen resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.
  • Ensure job postings reflect the company’s brand
  • Prepare regular reports


Qualifications

  • Experience in Hiring, Recruiting, and Interviewing
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Experience in Training new employees
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in the outsourcing industry is a plus
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
