Job Summary:

We are urgently looking for a Recruitment Specialist (IT/BPO) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in bulk hiring and technical recruitment, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle for IT and BPO roles
• Handle bulk hiring requirements within tight deadlines
• Source candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, referrals, etc.)
• Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Maintain candidate pipeline and recruitment records
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience
• Proven experience in bulk hiring
• Strong experience in technical & non-technical recruitment
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
• Comfortable working in the evening shift
