In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and placing top talent across various sectors to help drive our company's growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet organizational needs.
  • Screen, interview, and recommend candidates for various positions across multiple departments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and department heads.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a seamless process.
  • Utilize various job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks to attract qualified candidates.
  • Organize and attend job fairs, recruitment events, and other sourcing opportunities.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication and feedback.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics to continuously improve hiring processes and outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and compliance regulations.
  • Collaborate with HR teams to support employee retention and engagement efforts.
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate information and recruitment activities.
  • Assist with the development of job descriptions and role specifications in partnership with hiring managers.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress to senior management.
