Recruitment Supervisor

This role is designed for someone who thrives in managing the recruitment process independently while collaborating with managers to ensure we bring in the best talent to drive our business forward.

About the Role

The Recruitment Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the entire recruitment cycle—from workforce planning and job postings to final hiring decisions and onboarding. Unlike traditional supervisory roles, this position does not manage a team, but rather supervises the overall recruitment function, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and an excellent candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Partner with department heads to understand current and future staffing needs.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
• Ensure all recruitment practices comply with labor laws and company policies.
• Build and maintain a candidate pipeline for critical roles.
• Provide recruitment insights and reports to management for decision-making.
• Continuously improve hiring processes to ensure speed, efficiency, and a positive candidate experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• Proven experience in recruitment/talent acquisition, with at least 3 years in a senior role.
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Familiarity with modern recruitment platforms is preferred.
