AIDT in Montgomery, Alabama is seeking applicants for a full-time Recruitment Talent Marketer.

$62,163 – $89,284

SYNOPSIS

Provides professional and creative support in developing, implementing, and optimizing employer branding and recruitment marketing strategies that attract, engage, and retain top talent for AIDT and its partner companies. Work involves collaboration with internal and external clients, including Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, and Marketing teams, to ensure alignment with AIDT’s mission and workforce development goals. The work may involve travel in-state and out-of-state.


Duties and Responsibilities:


Employer Branding and Content Strategy:

  • Develop and promote a compelling employer brand that reflects AIDT’s culture, values, and workforce impact.
  • Create engaging digital and print content (social posts, blogs, videos, testimonials, infographics).
  • Manage AIDT’s employer presence across online platforms such as LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and industry-specific sites.
  • Ensure consistent use of AIDT branding across all recruitment communications and visual assets.

Talent Marketing Campaigns:

  • Plan, design, and execute targeted recruitment advertising campaigns across digital, broadcast, and print media.
  • Manage AIDT’s job site postings and external job boards; ensure timely updates and brand consistency.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition teams to align campaign messaging with hiring needs and other initiatives.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and make data-informed recommendations for improvement.

Candidate Experience and Engagement:

  • Enhance the candidate journey through personalized messaging, nurturing campaigns, and branded touchpoints.
  • Coordinate and promote virtual and in-person recruitment events, webinars, and career fairs.
  • Monitor and manage AIDT’s reputation on employer review sites and social media channels.

Analytics and Optimization:

  • Track and report on KPIs such as application rates, cost-per-apply, and engagement metrics.
  • Conduct A/B testing and data analysis to refine creative and messaging strategies.• Identify and implement new digital marketing tools and best practices to maintain AIDT’s competitive edge.

Creative Design & Brand Development:

  • Design and produce recruitment collateral in conjunction with the Brand Manager including print ads, digital banners, web graphics, brochures, and promotional materials.
  • Operate equipment such as computers, cameras, scanners, and printers as needed for content creation.
  • Maintain archives of creative assets, advertising records, invoices, and media payments.

Special Projects:

  • Manage assigned special projects supporting AIDT’s workforce initiatives.
  • Submit new and innovative ideas to improve recruitment effectiveness and outreach.
  • Represent AIDT at conferences, expos, and events promoting Alabama’s workforce development programs.

  • Plans and prioritizes daily and weekly work schedule.
  • Maintains a professional and collaborative work environment.
  • Maintains housekeeping to organizational standards.
  • Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of the job.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Knowledge of marketing, advertising, and recruitment strategy principles.
  • Strong understanding of branding, visual design, layout, and messaging.
  • Skill in designing, editing, and producing recruitment and promotional materials.
  • Knowledge of social media strategy, digital advertising, and SEO practices.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office products.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of talent marketing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, HubSpot, or ATS analytics).
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to travel in-state and out-of-state as required.
  • Must possess or be able to obtain a valid passport for international travel.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds.
  • Regular and predictable attendance is required.

Required Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field, and three (3) years of experience in talent marketing, employer branding, recruitment advertising, or digital marketing.


Salary and General:

Initial placement will be based on experience and education applicable to the C3M salary schedule, within a range of $62,163 – $89,284. Paid monthly. Excellent benefits package included.


Criminal Background Check:

The applicant chosen for employment will be required to sign a Criminal Background Check consent form and to submit a nonrefundable $29.07 payment for the cost of the criminal background check. (Note: $29.07 fee is based on possession of an Alabama Driver’s License. The fee for the background check may be more or less if the driver’s license is not an Alabama license.) Permanent employment will be contingent upon the results of the criminal background check.
