Recruitment Team Lead

• A Recruitment Team Lead is responsible for managing a recruitment team, overseeing the daily operations of the recruitment process, and ensuring hiring goals are met.
• This involves developing recruitment strategies, sourcing and evaluating candidates, maintaining candidate databases, coordinating with department managers to understand hiring needs, and providing coaching to team members. The lead also monitors key recruitment metrics to ensure efficiency, compliance with policies, and a positive team environment.
• Key Responsibilities
• Team Leadership: Lead, manage, and motivate the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets and goals.
• Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to identify and attract top talent.
• Process Oversight: Oversee the end-to-end hiring process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with HR and department heads to understand staffing needs and ensure they are met.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire and cost-per-hire to ensure efficiency and success.
• Compliance & Data Integrity: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Team Development: Provide coaching, training, and support to team members, and foster a positive work environment.
• Budget Management: Manage the recruitment budget to ensure cost-effective hiring practices.
