Recruitment Team Leader – Remote & Commission-Based

We are hiring Recruitment Team Leaders to manage and guide a team of freelance recruiters in sourcing candidates for call center jobs with leading companies in Egypt.

Your Role:

• Lead, motivate, and support a team of at least 10 freelance recruiters.
• Ensure candidates are sourced effectively online and offline.
• Monitor performance, provide feedback, and achieve hiring targets.
• Coordinate with management to align with client requirements.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in recruitment, sales, or leadership.
• Proven experience managing a team of at least 10 recruiters (or ability to build and lead one).
• Strong communication, coaching, and leadership skills.
• English level B2 or above.
• Must have a laptop/PC and stable internet.
• Ability to commit at least 3–4 hours per day.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: E£10,000.00 - E£60,000.00 per month

Expected hours: No less than 15 per week
