We are hiring Recruitment Team Leaders to manage and guide a team of freelance recruiters in sourcing candidates for call center jobs with leading companies in Egypt.
Your Role:
- Lead, motivate, and support a team of at least 10 freelance recruiters.
- Ensure candidates are sourced effectively online and offline.
- Monitor performance, provide feedback, and achieve hiring targets.
- Coordinate with management to align with client requirements.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in recruitment, sales, or leadership.
- Proven experience managing a team of at least 10 recruiters (or ability to build and lead one).
- Strong communication, coaching, and leadership skills.
- English level B2 or above.
- Must have a laptop/PC and stable internet.
- Ability to commit at least 3–4 hours per day.

Pay: E£10,000.00 - E£60,000.00 per month
