We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive growth in the e-cigarettes and tobacco products sector. The ideal candidate has a strong background in FMCG sales, preferably in the tobacco or vaping industry, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets and building high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company goals and market share growth.
- Build and manage a strong sales team, providing training and mentorship.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Prepare and present regular sales performance reports.
- Maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and retailers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Experience in tobacco, vaping, or FMCG industry is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze market data and develop actionable insights.
- Fluent in English and Arabic (preferred).
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel if needed.
