Recuritment Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

· Coordinate with the Social Media Department to ensure job postings are effectively created and shared on Meta platforms.

· Monitor and respond to candidate inquiries received via WhatsApp , Meta’s messengers, and other platforms.

· Conduct telephonic screenings, focusing on scheduling as many candidates as possible who meet the basic hiring requirements.

· Schedule interviews with selected candidates, ensuring clear and engaging communication to present the job appealingly.

· Ensure candidates attend scheduled interviews through regular follow-up and communication.

·Assist in maintaining and updating the CV database to keep accurate and organized records of candidate information.

· Assist in managing the employee database, ensuring all employee files are properly organized and current.

·Assist in the preparation of weekly, monthly, and quarterly recruitment reports, tracking key metrics such as interview show rates and hiring progress.

· Help in the hiring process by supporting interviewers with candidate details, scheduling, and necessary documentation.

· Assist in the induction process, ensuring new hires are smoothly integrated into the company by coordinating with relevant teams for a seamless onboarding experience.

· Contribute to the continuous improvement of the recruitment process by gathering feedback and identifying areas for increased efficiency.

· Assist in the General Tasks of HR Internal operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
