Join Bosch Global Software Technologies Private Limited, a pioneering subsidiary of Robert Bosch GmbH, where innovation meets impact. We are seeking a Redwood RunMyJobs Administrator to be an integral part of our high-energy, collaborative team, driving the future of automation.

Key Responsibilities:

RunMyJobs Expertise:
Design, configure, and manage RMJ scheduling and automation workflows.
Create, maintain, and optimize Redwood objects including process definitions, calendars, events, jobs, and scripts.
Troubleshoot and resolve RMJ job failures with precision and speed.

Operations & Delivery:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the RMJ environment, ensuring high availability and strict adherence to SLAs.
Collaborate with global stakeholders to implement automation best practices.
Ensure effective monitoring, alerting, and proactive incident management for Redwood workloads.

Migration & Transformation:
Support the migration of legacy workloads (such as UC4/Automic, TWS) to RMJ.
Work closely with architects and consultants to build next-generation automation platforms.

Governance & Standards:
Ensure compliance with Bosch security, audit, and quality standards.
Document processes, playbooks, and knowledge artifacts for reuse and training purposes.

Qualifications

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Advanced Redwood RunMyJobs certifications (preferred).

Additional Information

Required Skills & Experience

4–8 years of IT experience with at least 2+ years dedicated to Redwood RunMyJobs.
Strong knowledge of Redwood job scheduling, scripting, and monitoring.
Hands-on expertise in automation design, troubleshooting, and optimization.
Exposure to migrations from UC4, Control-M, or other schedulers (preferred).
Solid understanding of Linux/Unix, Windows servers, and scripting (Shell, Python, PowerShell).
Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) is an added advantage.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
