Reel and Short-Form Video Specialist

We are hiring: Reels and Short-Form Video Specialist (Instagram and TikTok)

This role is for someone who understands short-form video deeply and knows how to turn provided content into Reels that perform for both services and products.

What you will be doing

• Editing and producing high-performing Reels for Instagram and TikTok using provided content
• Developing short-form video structures, hooks, and pacing for both service-based and product-based brands
• Optimizing videos for platform-specific formats, trends, and audio
• Staying updated with platform trends, formats, and performance patterns
• Testing different hooks, edits, and storytelling approaches to improve results
• Managing multiple video outputs at the same time

What we are looking for

• Proven experience editing Reels and short-form videos that perform
• Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok algorithms and trends
• Experience working with both services and products
• Skilled in video editing tools such as Premier Pro, After Effects, or similar
• Strong sense of timing, storytelling, and attention to detail
• Creative, fast-moving, and execution-focused

Role expectations

• This is an in-house role
• Remote position
• Working hours will follow 11 a.m - 8 p.m (can be full-time or part-time)
