Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced team members to to join our Commercial Strategies team. The role focuses on driving group sales, MICE, destination weddings, and incentive retreats for our luxury properties.

The ideal candidate is an energetic networker with strong international connections, able to translate Avantgarde Refined’s unique brand philosophy into compelling proposals for global partners and clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source, develop, and convert group sales opportunities across luxury leisure groups, corporate retreats, weddings, and incentives
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with international agencies, local DMC’s and event planners
  • Prepare tailor-made proposals that reflect Avantgarde Refined’s silent luxury positioning, and negotiate contracts with precision and integrity
  • Collaborate closely with Revenue, Marketing, F&B, and Events teams to ensure seamless handover and flawless execution
  • Represent Avantgarde Refined at international trade shows, roadshows, and PR activations, embodying the brand’s voice and philosophy
  • Monitor luxury hospitality trends and competitor activities, providing insights to support commercial strategy
  • Meet and exceed sales targets while upholding the essence of refined hospitality

Required Skills


Requirements
  • Proven international network within luxury travel, DMCs, and event planning communities
  • Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
  • Strong understanding of luxury guest expectations, revenue management, and contracting processes
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and confident in representing a distinctive lifestyle brand on a global stage
  • Ability to travel frequently within Türkiye and internationally
