Job Description:

Position Summary:

The Refresh Analyst role is responsible for managing and overseeing the refresh cycle of desktop and laptop computers within an organization. This involves assessing, planning, coordinating, and executing the replacement of outdated PCs with new or upgraded models to ensure that employees have up-to-date, efficient hardware to perform their job functions. This role requires collaboration with client IT teams, vendors, and end-users to streamline the Refresh process, minimize downtime, and enhance system performance.


Responsibilities:

  • Meet regularly with Department Contacts throughout the deployment cycle.
  • Identify all eligible systems within the assigned department and provide a list to the department contact and department director.
  • Quote and order all necessary computers and accessories.
  • Update project documentation with pertinent information.
  • Ensure new computer deployment documentation is logged into appropriate systems and databases.
  • Identify BMI software packages and verify licensure.
  • Identify systems that will require remote user assistance
  • Day One support and escalated end user support.
  • Lead Refresh Team into department and introduce Technician Team Lead to department contact.
  • Be available for initial escalations and any issues that arise.

Other duties as assigned.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, business, or relevant experience.
  • Expertise with Microsoft Office including Excel, Access, and SharePoint
  • Knowledge of IT and hospital systems preferred
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, particularly in cross-functional collaboration, facilitation, and negotiation.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects while effectively managing priorities.
  • Some experience in project management with implementing and monitoring project schedules, maintaining project meeting minutes, and facilitating flow of documentation.


Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on the computer.
  • Occasional walking between facilities
  • Occasional lifting, pushing, pulling up to 15 lbs.
  • In-Office Position at client location.
