About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Engineer to join our team in London, UK.

This opportunity is ideal for qualified engineers currently based in the UAE or Saudi Arabia who are looking to progress their careers in the United Kingdom through the Skilled Worker Visa program.

The role primarily involves reactive field service work, travelling between client sites across London to diagnose and repair refrigeration and air conditioning systems.

Key Responsibilities

Drive between customer sites to carry out reactive diagnosis, maintenance, and repair of refrigeration and air conditioning systems.

Inspect and test equipment to identify faults and implement solutions quickly and effectively.

Ensure all work complies with UK safety, environmental, and technical standards.

Communicate clearly with clients and report on completed work.

Maintain accurate service records and uphold high professional standards.

Requirements

Minimum 5–7 years’ experience in refrigeration and air conditioning engineering.

Proven ability to carry out independent field service work and reactive repairs.

Valid UAE or Saudi driving licence (compulsory).

Must meet the UK Skilled Worker Visa English language requirement (B2 level) by completing an approved English test (IELTS or equivalent) before a successful application is finalised.

Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.

Desirable Skills

Experience in air conditioning installation and system design.

Familiarity with UK or international HVAC standards.

Certification in refrigerant handling (F-Gas or equivalent).
