Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on refrigeration systems, including but not limited to HVAC/R systems and ammonia refrigeration systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with refrigeration equipment, such as leaks, malfunctions, or inadequate cooling.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure proper functioning of refrigeration units and identify potential problems.
- Install new refrigeration systems or components as needed.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair work performed.

Experience:
- Understanding of refrigeration and HVAC systems maintenance and repair is a plus.
- Familiarity with property maintenance practices.
- Ability to drive a van for transportation to job sites.
