Our client is a leading global FMCG company with a strong presence in the food and confectionery category. We are currently seeking an experienced and strategic Region Trade Marketing Manager to join their Türkiye operations.


Job Description


  • Develop and lead the company’s trade and shopper marketing strategy in line with market trends, category priorities, and consumer behaviors.
  • Translate brand plans into compelling in-store activation strategies across multiple channels including Modern Trade, Traditional Trade, eCommerce, and Out-of-Home.
  • Collaborate with sales and brand marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of commercial initiatives.
  • Design and implement channel-specific visibility and conversion plans based on shopper insights and customer profiles.
  • Drive engagement with key retail partners through joint business planning and customized trade programs.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team across trade marketing, activation, and revenue management functions.
  • Monitor and manage trade investments, pricing strategies, and promotional activities to optimize ROI and business growth.
  • Analyze retail and shopper data to identify opportunities, measure performance, and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Ensure cross-functional alignment across sales, marketing, supply chain, and finance for synchronized market execution.


Education and Experience


  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Min. 10+ years of experience in Trade Marketing, Shopper Marketing, or Commercial roles within the FMCG industry.
  • Proven leadership experience in managing teams and driving cross-functional collaboration.
  • Deep understanding of retail dynamics, category management, pricing structures, and promotional mechanics.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required.
