Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive local-oriented outreach and business development strategies within your assigned region to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities through warm calling, networking, and industry research.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with B2B clients, understanding their unique challenges and delivering customized solutions.
- Lead negotiations with prospective clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that align with company objectives.
- Manage existing accounts proactively by providing ongoing support, upselling services, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that generate leads and enhance brand visibility in your region.
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B and B2C sales, preferably within senior care, highend wellness, golf club, cosmetic surgery, regenerative therapy, hospice, cognitive care, dementia care, MCI prevention, and residential building management sectors, demonstrating successful business development outcomes.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively while maintaining positive client relationships.
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—that facilitate clear presentations and persuasive discussions.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze market trends and customer needs to craft strategic approaches.
- Familiarity with sales tools such as Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing accounts and sales pipelines.
- Experience in technical sales or marketing is a plus, along with knowledge of the technology industry landscape.
