Regional Account Manager

Job Description:

Diversey is seeking a proactive and strategic Account Manager to join our Food Service division in Saudi Arabia. This role focuses on managing and growing regional key accounts, driving customer satisfaction, and aligning business goals with market strategies across the Middle East.


Responsibilities:

- Directly manage key regional food service accounts in the Middle East, supporting their needs and resolving complaints effectively.

- Own the account relationship, ensuring top-line sales targets are achieved and conducting Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with GSA customers.

- Collaborate with ME market teams to ensure a consistent and aligned value proposition across direct and indirect markets.

- Analyze business performance data, extract insights, and develop action plans for continuous business improvement.

- Coordinate with internal departments to support and sustain key account growth.

- Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations, highlighting Diversey’s competitive advantages.

- Negotiate commercial terms with customers and prepare proposals using company-standard templates.


Job Requirements:

- Proven experience in sales and key account management, preferably within the food service industry.

- Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel proficiency.

- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.

- Fluency in English is essential.

- Willingness to travel frequently, primarily within Saudi Arabia and the GCC.
