Summary:

Responsible for leading centre expansion in North India (especially NCR) by identifying, evaluating, and securing suitable

properties. The role includes site feasibility, negotiations, legal closures, and coordination with stakeholders to ensure

smooth launches and ongoing asset management.


Key Responsibilities:

● Centre expansion knowledge in North India, specially in NCR

● Scout for suitable properties based on the expansion plan

● Network with brokers, consultants, developers, and landlords to source suitable properties

● Conduct pre-feasibility analysis of sites – covering real estate factors, business estimates, project suitability, basic legal papers, and licenses

● Negotiate and close all deliverables for sites in the required format

● Present site feasibility packages to senior management

● Complete due diligence and legal agreements for deals

● Ensure all landlord deliverables (due diligence, agreement signing, project deliverables pre & post-construction) are met

● Provide tactical marketing promotion support for store openings

● Asset management – resolve landlord-related issues for operational stores in the territory

● Manage documentation to maintain records of key property approvals


Qualifications and Skills:

● Qualification: Postgraduate, preferably with a specialization in Sales & Marketing, Finance, or dual specialization

● Experience: 7–10 years of prior work experience

● Preferred Industry: Retail, FMCG, QSR

● Strong negotiation skills

● Strong cross-functional collaboration and team player mindset

● Clear and concise communication skills – verbal and written

● Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Google Sheets)

● Process orientation
