About the Role

Atom Power is seeking a dynamic Regional Channel Sales Manager – Solar & Renewable Energy Solutions to accelerate our renewable energy footprint across Pakistan. This role is pivotal in driving sales growth for our locally manufactured LFP & EV batteries, hybrid inverters, and solar components. You will be responsible for expanding and strengthening our distribution network by building high-value relationships with distributors, dealers, and installation partners.

Key Responsibilities

Channel Strategy & Expansion

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new distributors, dealers, and channel partners across key markets.
  • Develop and implement regional channel strategies to increase coverage, revenue, and market share.
  • Foster long-term, trust-based partnerships to achieve consistent sales performance.

Sales Performance & Partner Management

  • Set clear KPIs and monitor partner performance to meet sales targets.
  • Align regional channel objectives with overall company goals in collaboration with the internal sales team.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and market insights for senior management.

Training, Enablement & Partner Support

  • Conduct product training sessions, workshops, and demonstrations for partners and their teams.
  • Provide continuous technical, marketing, and after-sales support to ensure partner success.

Market Intelligence & Promotional Activities

  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
  • Plan and execute promotional campaigns, marketing initiatives, and incentive programs.
  • Expand Atom Power’s presence in emerging Tier-2 and Tier-3 markets.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Coordinate with technical, operations, and customer support teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Oversee quality standards for installations and after-sales services delivered through channel partners.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in channel sales (renewable energy, solar, or power sector preferred).
  • Established network of distributors, dealers, and installers within Pakistan’s solar or energy market.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding channel networks.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively nationwide.
