What You’ll Do: Key Responsibilities
- Overseeing the daily operations of multiple child care centers in the region.
- Leading and mentoring center directors and staff to maintain high standards of care and education.
- Ensuring compliance with local and state child care regulations.
- Managing budgets, staffing, and resources to support each center’s success.
- Building strong relationships with families and the community to promote trust and satisfaction.
- Developing and implementing programs that align with our mission and values.
What We’re Looking For: Skills and Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in child care management or a related field.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide teams.
- Strong knowledge of child care regulations and best practices.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- A passion for early childhood education and a dedication to creating a positive environment for children, families, and staff.
