To support this growth, they’re hiring a Regional Head of Legal (Middle East – M&A & New Projects) — a newly created, senior position offering both strategic influence and hands-on responsibility.

The Opportunity

As Regional Head of Legal , you’ll be the key legal adviser for all expansion activity in the Middle East — including acquisitions, site development, and strategic projects .

You’ll play a visible and influential role across the business, working directly with the regional and global leadership teams.

Your remit will include:

• Leading all M&A activity across the region — from due diligence through completion and integration.
• Overseeing greenfield projects and site developments , including land acquisition, construction, and lease negotiations.
• Providing strategic risk management and governance advice to regional leadership.
• Supporting post-acquisition integration and operational streamlining across new and existing entities.
• Acting as a trusted business partner to senior stakeholders, balancing legal precision with commercial pragmatism.

About You

We’re looking for a dynamic, internationally minded lawyer with:

• 7+ years’ PQE , ideally trained at a top-tier law firm with in-house or regional legal leadership experience.
• A strong background in M&A and real estate development , ideally within education, hospitality, healthcare, construction, or energy .
• The ability to manage cross-border projects and multi-jurisdictional teams .
• Exceptional drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
• A proactive, hands-on approach and confidence advising senior executives.
