Job Responsibilities
Regional Growth & Recharge Delivery

Deliver regional targets for
Gross Adds (4G/MBB), Recharge Market Share and ARPU enhancement
on monthly/quarterly/annual basis.

Convert targets into actionable acquisition and revenue plans with clear ownership across cities/grids.
City/Grid Strategy & Competitive Execution (Winning City-by-City)

Develop
grid/area-wise execution strategy
and implement
“One City, One Strategy / Winning City-by-City”
based on competitive intensity, market potential and local dynamics.

Run a structured cadence to track competition, identify hotspots, deploy resources and execute counter-strategies to protect/grow share.
Franchise-led Distribution & Retail Footprint Expansion

Lead the
Franchise channel
for coverage planning, partner performance, productivity and stability.

Expand and optimize
retail footprint under franchise
to increase productive outlets, outlet coverage and conversion in priority grids.

Strengthen channel health through outlet standards, coaching routines and corrective actions for underperformance.
Trade Marketing, Visibility & BTL Execution

Own regional
trade marketing and BTL execution
: visibility programs, activations and outlet-level campaigns with measurable impact on acquisition and recharge.

Define execution metrics and manage sales funnel discipline to ensure strong ROI of trade investments.
Quality Sales & Base Health

Drive quality outcomes:
Monthly Active %
,
survival/retention
, and reduction in low-quality sales pockets through tighter controls and focused improvement plans.

Ensure acquisition and channel activities translate into sustainable base growth and value.
Inventory, SIM/Device & BVS Governance

Ensure end-to-end availability and control of
SIMs/devices/BVS
through forecasting, allocation discipline, stock health monitoring and minimizing stock-outs.

Drive sell-out performance, SKU prioritization and ageing control across franchise and retail layers.
Regional Leadership, Operating Cadence & Cross-functional Collaboration

Lead regional field organization through direct reports (
Regional Sales Managers
, with
Area/Grid Managers
under them): deployment, coaching, capability building and performance management.

Run disciplined weekly/monthly business reviews, dashboards and execution governance to ensure accountability and rapid course correction.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders (including technical/network teams) to remove execution blockers impacting sales performance, while ensuring
policy compliance, audit readiness and partner governance

Qualification

Minimum of Bachelors degree with relevant or similar nature of experience as vacant position.
Experience

Upto 12 years of relevant experience. Must have an experience in the leadership role
