The Role

A premier US-based Psychiatric Practice is seeking an elite Regional General Manager to lead its largest global expansion to date. This is a high-authority C-Suite position responsible for the strategic and operational oversight of a workforce spanning 300 to 500 employees across Pakistan and the MENA region.


Key Responsibilities

  • Large-Scale Operations: Direct oversight of 300–500 personnel. You will be responsible for the entire employee lifecycle, from high-volume recruitment to performance management and retention.
  • Strategic Scaling: Build the infrastructure required to support a massive regional footprint, ensuring that as we grow, quality and compliance remain uncompromised.
  • P&L & Fiscal Governance: Full accountability for regional budgets, payroll for a large workforce, and financial reporting to the US Board.
  • CST Synchronization: Maintain direct, real-time alignment with US Headquarters during US Central Time (CST) hours, serving as the critical link between US leadership and regional execution.
  • Cultural Leadership: Instill a high-performance, empathetic, and clinical-first culture across a diverse and geographically dispersed team.


The Ideal Executive Profile

  • The "Scale" Factor: Proven experience managing organizations with 300+ employees . We are looking for leaders from high-volume sectors like BPO, Telecom, FinTech, or large-scale Healthcare.
  • Professional Pedigree: 15+ years of experience, with a significant tenure as COO, CAO, or GM of a major multinational or a top-tier Middle East/Pakistani conglomerate.
  • Education: MBA or Master’s in Finance/Management from a top-tier global or local institution ( LUMS, IBA, LSE, INSEAD ).
  • Operational Precision: A "Systems Thinker" who can automate workflows and implement KPIs that keep a large team disciplined and motivated.
  • Language & Presence: Absolute command of English with the executive presence to represent the brand to international investors and local regulators.


Executive Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $12,000 – $15,000 USD per month (Paid in USD).
  • Impact: The opportunity to build and lead one of the largest mental health operations in the region.
  • Global Standing: Direct reporting to the US-based CEO.
