Regional Human Resources Manager

We’re seeking a Senior Human Resources Manager to guide people strategy and culture across two manufacturing facilities, supporting roughly 1,000 employees and leading a dedicated HR team.

As a member of the leadership team, you’ll report to the VP of HR with a dotted line to the Site VP, Manufacturing. You’ll collaborate with leaders across the business to enable meaningful change and enhance the employee experience.

Key areas you’ll influence:

• Align HR strategy with business objectives in partnership with plant leadership
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 8–10 HR professionals
• Drive initiatives in talent development, organizational effectiveness, and succession planning
• Modernize HR systems and processes to enable smooth, people-centered change management
• Elevate employee engagement and retention to foster an exceptional workplace
• Oversee performance management, compensation, workforce planning, and recruitment strategies
• Coach leaders at all levels to strengthen leadership capabilities and accountability
• Serve as a culture driver—enhance communication, morale, and workplace culture

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience
• 7+ years in a manufacturing or similar large-scale operations environment
• 2+ years overseeing multiple sites or large teams (500+ employees)
• Proven track record leading major organizational or cultural transformation
• Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement is a plus
• SHRM or HRCI certification preferred
