HepsiJET is an innovative, scalable and customer-experience-oriented logistics brand serving all 81 provinces of Türkiye with over 5,000 couriers and more than 50 fleet vehicles.

Going beyond standard delivery, it handles bulky items with HepsiJET XL and simplifies end-users' lives with flexible options such as 'Same Day Delivery', 'Next-Day Scheduled Delivery', and 'Doorstep Scheduled Return'. GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree from a university
• Minimum 15 years of experience in cargo operations
• Strong competence in budget and cost management
• Proficient in active use of MS Office programs
• Strong managerial and communication skills
• Successful in change management
• Analytical and strategic mindset
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Able to adapt to flexible and intensive working hours
• No travel restrictions
• Holder of a Class B driver’s license and an active driver

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Directing, monitoring, and managing cargo operations across all processes. Ensuring the smooth functioning of transfer centers and branch operations. Developing innovative solutions to increase operational efficiency.
• Continuously monitoring processes to ensure operational targets are achieved. Analyzing performance data to continuously improve operational processes and taking strategic actions.
• Identifying new vehicle suppliers and carriers; managing documentation processes, accrual procedures, and other related details. Following up on contract processes.
• Developing strategies to acquire new customers in the responsible region; supporting business development activities through customer visits. Managing and guiding the sales team and achieving regional sales targets.
• Collecting and evaluating customer feedback; collaborating with customer service and operations units to provide permanent solutions and ensure continuous customer satisfaction.
• Monitoring digitalization and technological advancements in operational processes. Developing strategies to properly direct investments and integrate new technologies into processes.
• Conducting branch visits in line with weekly visit plans to monitor operations on-site. Developing improvement suggestions related to employees and operational processes.
• Monitoring regional operational efficiency, preparing reports, and regularly providing performance feedback to senior management. Developing strategies and making data-driven decisions.
• Managing regional operational investments and resource utilization processes. Ensuring efficient resource use and budget control.
• Analyzing regional market conditions and competitors to create strategic business development plans. Developing innovative marketing and sales strategies to achieve regional growth targets.
• Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations in work areas. Monitoring teams’ health and safety measures and conducting regular inspections to create a safe workplace environment.
• Implementing emergency plans, taking swift action in crisis situations, and ensuring uninterrupted operations.
• Planning team trainings under responsibility; working in integration with Human Resources for workforce planning; setting performance improvement targets related to employee development and performance and conducting career planning accordingly; collaborating with relevant departments/units and teams in planning and implementing organizational changes that may arise from resource planning, process improvement, and optimization when necessary.
