About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven Regional Manager who wants to grow their career with us. While we now have five properties in the San Antonio market, our business plan is to grow our portfolio with an ambitious, like-minded multifamily leader.
This role is responsible for driving operational efficiency, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, managing vendor relationships and maintenance operations, and overseeing lease administration.
In partnership with on-site leadership, the Regional Manager plays a key role in delivering a positive experience for residents, associates, and ownership while meeting operational and financial objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Portfolio Oversight
- Oversee the operational and financial performance of five to eight apartment communities in the San Antonio area
Property Visits
- Visit each property every 5–10 days to assess asset condition and operational performance
- Document findings to ensure continuous improvement
- Conduct at least one unannounced weekend visit per property each month
Team Leadership & Development
- Recruit, hire, and develop high-performing on-site teams; promote from within when possible
- Provide ongoing training in Yardi, financial reporting, invoice processing, and lease administration
- Maintain clear, consistent communication with onsite teams, vendors, and corporate leadership
- Build strong internal relationships to support collaboration and alignment across stakeholders
Operational and Financial Performance
- Drive occupancy through effective leasing and resident retention strategies
- Achieve NOI targets by maximizing revenue and controlling expenses
- Analyze monthly financials, including rent trends and variances
- Communicate progress and performance updates to Asset Management
- Support capital projects, including bid solicitation and execution
- Lead annual budgeting, P&L oversight, and general ledger review
- Ensure timely and accurate monthly reporting to ownership
- Establish weekly leasing goals and monthly marketing objectives
- Support successful property takeovers and transitions
Education & Experience
- 4-year bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry certification required
- 7–10 years of progressive property management experience required

Pay: $125,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
