Job Purpose:

Provide Pre Sales, In Sales, Post Sales support for Cloud Solutions and Products to Sales & Services team
. Grow regional
cloud
revenue by coordinating for Cloud Solutions & products, leading cloud bids, and coordinating post contract delivery to acceptance—working closely with
HQ Cloud Business Center (CBC)
and
Regional Sales & Services
Job Responsibilities:
-
Co-own regional
cloud funnel targets
with Sales; qualify opportunities through solutions design and products support, prioritize city/industry plays from IGPD, and keep coverage/velocity on plan

Lead
cloud presales:
discovery workshops, value cases, ROI, migration outlines, and landing-zone/tenancy approaches aligned with
CBC Products & Platform Ops
-
Prepare and submit
cloud RFP/RFI/bid packages
—technical/operational responses, compliance checklists, partner (CSP/SI/ISV) inputs—meeting margin and approval guardrails

Coordinate
commercials and exceptions
with CBC and Products; protect price realization and ensure approvals are secured before submission

Coordinate
contract signature
so cloud-specific T&Cs, SLAs, data residency, security, and consumption/billing terms are correct and executable
-
After signature, govern
in-sale execution
with CBC: tenant provisioning, policy baselines, integrations, change control, and evidence for
billing start/revenue recognition

Capture win/loss, feature gaps, and partner performance; feed insights to
CBC Business Management
and
Products & Platform Ops
for roadmap and pricing actions
Eligibility Criteria (Education, Knowledge, Experience and Skills):
Education:

In principle have a minimum of Bachelors Degree or above
Work Experience:

Minimum Experience: 4 yrs. or Above
