Job Purpose

The Regional Manager Sales will be responsible for leading and expanding sales operations across the assigned region. This role focuses on driving regional growth, managing distributor and dealer networks, developing market strategies, and achieving revenue, volume, and profitability targets in line with company objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve revenue, volume, and market share targets
• Lead, coach, and evaluate the performance of the regional sales team
• Build and strengthen relationships with distributors, dealers, and key accounts
• Ensure timely collection of payments and effective receivables management
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing, promotions, and market trends
• Analyze market data and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities
• Ensure product availability, branding, visibility, and promotional execution across the region
• Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and market intelligence
• Coordinate with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure smooth operations
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical sales practices

Qualification & Experience

• MBA (Marketing preferred)
• Minimum 10 years of progressive sales experience in a manufacturing environment
• At least 3 to 4 years of experience in a managerial or regional sales role
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding regional sales targets

• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage, motivate, and develop sales teams and channel partners
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Excellent planning, time management, and multitasking skills
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region
