We are seeking a Regional Onboarding Officer to ensure new hires across multiple locations experience a seamless, engaging, and impactful introduction to the organization. In this role, you’ll design, coordinate, and deliver onboarding programs that set employees up for success from day one. By creating consistent processes and meaningful touchpoints, you’ll help new team members feel connected, informed, and ready to thrive in their roles.
What You’ll Be Doing:

Coordinate end-to-end onboarding processes for regional new hires, ensuring a consistent and professional experience.

Collaborate with HR, hiring managers, and department heads to design and deliver onboarding schedules tailored to each role.

Prepare welcome kits, training materials, and orientation sessions.

Facilitate introductions to company culture, policies, and systems.

Track onboarding metrics such as new hire retention, engagement, and time-to-productivity.

Collect feedback from new employees and managers to continuously improve onboarding programs.

Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies in each region.

Act as the first point of contact for new hires, addressing queries and providing guidance.

Support the implementation of digital onboarding tools to enhance efficiency and scalability.

Partner with Learning & Development teams to integrate training modules into the onboarding process.
What You Bring to the Table:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

2–4 years of experience in onboarding, HR operations, or employee experience.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple onboarding schedules across regions.

Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).

Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with HRIS or onboarding platforms is an advantage.

Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to collaborate across teams and locations.
